- Dermaplaning is the use of a specialized instrument with disposable blades designed specifically for dermaplaning. The blade is gently scraped over the skin to remove vellus hair and the top layer of dead skin cells. Brightens, smooths, and reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles!
